P. Nagori, Director, as PI-Team leader and Dr. Roshan Issarani, Reader, as Team member.
• Phytochemical investigation of domestic and wild garlic species is being performed for CAZRI
• “Microwave assisted micro-encapsulation process for preparing guar gum microcapsules” sanctioned by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Delhi under the Research Promotion Scheme with a Grant of Rs. 10 Lacs. with Prof. (Dr.) B. P. Nagori as PI and Dr. Roshan Issarani as Co-Investigator.
• “Modernization of Pharmacognosy Laboratory with Advanced Analytical Equipments”, Project sanctioned by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under MODROBS scheme with a Grant of Rs. 7.5 lacs.

• Performed validation of ethylene oxide sterilizer at Iscon Surgicals, Jodhpur
• Solved stability problem of a food formulation: Coconut Water for Moon Agro Food Industries, Bishangarh, Jalore (Raj)
• Performed studies for assessing suitability of newly developed filter medium prepared using aloe vera prepared by DRDO, Jodhpur
• Performed validation of water testing kit prepared by DRDO, Jodhpur
• Establishment of a Q.A./Q.C. Lab as per regulatory requirement for carrying out quality analysis of retort processed food products for M/s Aloe Naturals, Jodhpur (India).
• A comprehensive literature collection and drafting of  a patent application for a product of Johari Digital, Jodhpur

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, has started offering Ph.D. Program in Pharmacy since 2008. Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology, Jodhpur, has been approved as research centre/ study centre for carrying out Ph.D. research work. Three of our faculty members are approved as Research Guide (RG) namely, Prof. Dr. B. P. Nagori, Director;  Prof. Dr. G. K. Singh, Head, Pharmacognosy and  Dr. Roshan Issarani, Reader & Head, Pharmaceutics. Twelve Research Scholars can be enrolled under each of these guides.

Initially we focused on undergraduate courses, then we started P. G. courses, now we are approved Ph.D. Research centre of RUHS, Jaipur, and are putting more emphasis on research. and planning to move over to technology transfer, PhD Research works, R&D projects and consultancy services, patents and publications with a view to convert academics into action.For the purpose, we propose to come up with a research wing with a working of 24x7 by 2010
